The most widely used building material in the world, Portland cement is the basic ingredient of concrete. Concrete is formed when Portland cement creates a paste with water that binds with sand and rock to harden. Because of its strength, durability, and moldability, the limit to cement’s use as a construction material is truly limited only by your imagination.
Capitol sells cement at its San Antonio cement plant.
